Randall Neighbour is the President of TOUCH Outreach Ministries, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping churches transition to a cell-based ministry and to support cell-based church plants. Our ministry has a number of offices overseas and we also have a strong publishing ministry as well as onsite training and pastoral staff consulting.
Randall and Etna are cell leaders at Antioch, a Christian community in the Montrose area of Houston. This church plant is seeking to minister to the broken and poor in the central Houston area with the love of Jesus and the power of basic Christian community.

What is a Holistic Small Group?
|
There are many kinds of small groups found in churches today. Some are formed to support what goes on inside the church building on weekends (parking attendant groups, usher groups, worship team groups, etc.). Other groups that meet off-campus are formed for Bible study, prayer, fellowship, outreach, or discipleship. Each has an opportunity to learn or serve or minister in the local church.
