Thom is the Founder/Exec.Director of SERV Training and Consulting in Littleton, CO. As former Founder/President of Pilgrimage/NavPress Training and National Training Director at Serendipity House, Thom brings many years of experience and understanding to bear upon the training and consulting SERV offers to churches across North America. Under Thom's direction, these oraganizations have trained over 50,000 pastors and lay-leaders in the past 10 years. Thom, a former pastor of 15 years, understands the demands and pressures on pastoral leaders and has consulted with over 100 churches in the past 15 years.
