Small Group Training Meeting Outline-Resolving Conflict
By Jeffrey Arnold | Published 12/1/1995 | Departments , Training Ideas Unrated
This page is for those who are entrusted with training and supporting small group leaders. It will enable you to create a small group environment for leaders, offer skill training for leaders' development, and provide a safe place where problems in small groups can be dealt with. Because each church situation is unique, adapt what follows to fit your circumstances. If the pastor/coach is meeting with more than five leaders, it is expected that you will break into groups of no more than five for skill development and sharing. The complete meeting should last no more than 90 minutes.
