Write each of the double letters on a small piece of paper, one each:
sh, wh, fr, sm, fl, re, un, sp, sk, dr, ch, cr, br, th, pr, gr
Give every person one of the pieces of paper with the double letters written on it and have them describe their day by using a word that begins with the letters that they received,
i.e. "cr" crazy, cranky, crisis, creepy
