Leader: If God is for us …
Group: Who can be against us?
Leader: There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Group: There is no condemnation because You Jesus have set us free from the law of sin and death.
Leader: We praise you God because you sent your own Son to be our sin offering.
Group: And because of that, we can live in freedom.
Leader: Your Spirit was the gift we so needed. Our minds were sinful and we wouldn't submit to your love. But now, with the help of Your Spirit, we can experience abundant life and peace.
Group: Your spirit has not enslaved us with a fear that condemns. We are no longer strangers; we are sons and daughters.
Leader: We can call you "Abba", Daddy.
Group: Whatever we go through here on earth is nothing compared to your strength and power.
Leader: And we know that whatever happens here on earth, You are here to help us. Even when we don't know what to pray You, Holy Spirit, speak for us and intercede on our behalf.
Group: We know that in all things You, Father God, work for the good for those who love You, and have been called according to Your purpose.
Leader: And we know your purpose is that each one of us would someday look like Jesus.
Group: If God is for us, who can be against us?
Leader: God didn't even spare his own Son. Won't he graciously give us all things? Who, indeed, will separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
Group: No, in all these things we are more than conquerors because He has loved us.
Leader: For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Group: Amen
Leader: And so the truth has been spoken. There is now no condemnation because of your great love.
