Ingredients:
7 ounces tortellini, cooked and drained
small onion, chopped
¼ medium-sized green pepper, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/5 cup red wine vinegar
Directions:
Combine cooked pasta with the rest of the ingredients. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
