Questionable Balloons

Group members pop a balloon to answer a question.

Write the following questions on little pieces of paper. If you have a large group, you will want to write them twice. Roll them up and place them in deflated balloons (one question per balloon). Blow the balloons up and put them on the floor of your meeting room. As people come in, have them grab a balloon. Pass a pin to the person on your right and have them pop their balloon and answer the question inside. Continue around the circle until everyone has had an opportunity to share.

  • What is your favorite TV program? Why?
  • Whom do you respect the most? Why?
  • If your electricity went out for a week, what one thing would you miss most?
  • Where have you traveled that is the farthest from home?
  • How many siblings are in your family? What number are you?
  • What was your favorite subject in school?
  • What does the word "hate" mean to you?
  • What would you do if you saw someone stealing something?
  • What one word would describe your grandma or grandpa?
  • If you could free up the time and finances to visit one friend or family member who would you go see?
